长期从事工业酶制剂功能优化和高效制备等研究。主要承担《蛋白质工程》和《分子生物学实验》课程的讲授工作。发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文52篇。获授权发明专利50余项(美国专利8项),申请发明专利20余项。主持国家自然基金面上项目和江苏省优秀青年基金等国家省部级和产业化项目10余项,参与国家杰出青年基金等项目4项。获国家技术发明二等奖和中国商业联合会科学技术特等奖。入选江南大学至善青年学者,江南大学优秀教育工作者。
